  1. Blend 1 banana with 1 scoop of Banana SYNTHA-6®
  2. Pour into ice cube trays. It will yield about 8 pops. Place a toothpick in the center of each one and freeze. 
  3. Once frozen, dip the base of the ice cube trays in warm water for a few seconds. Then use a knife to cut around the edges of each pop, and they will easily slide out.
