  1. Get a glass or wine glass
  2. Get your ingredients ready: 
    Canned Light Whipping Cream. 
    Fruit: e.g. raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, sliced peaches, sliced bananas.
    Crumble up a BSN Crisp Protein Bar Vanilla.
    Optional: All-Bran Buds Cereal (if you need more fiber in your diet)
  3. Get a glass or wine glass.
  4. Add your ingredients in layers into the glass. Create your own pretty design.
  5. Serve immediately.
