Protein Waffles
  1. Preheat a waffle iron and lightly coat it with a nonstick spray
  2. Place oats, almond milk, eggs, honey, vanilla, and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Pour ½ cup (more or less depending on your waffle iron) onto waffle iron and cook until waffle iron turns off. Repeat until all the batter is finished
  4. To meal prep: Divide waffles evenly into 4 meal prep containers. Add ¼ cup of berries, bananas into each container along with maple syrup and sliced almonds.
