Vanilla Cinnamon Yogurt

  • 1 Cup - Plain, nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 2 scoop - Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup - Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup - Blackberries
  • 1 cup - Blueberries
  • 1 cup - Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup - Unsalted Almonds, shivered
  • 2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl then mix
  2. Refrigerate for 30 mins then roll into balls
  3. And enjoy
