Suggested Use

Consume 15-30 minutes before training.
 
Mix 21 grams (about 1 scoop) with 6-8 fl oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to workout. Shake before use; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

8g micronized l-citrulline!

It is becoming rarer to find a good tasting pre that is stocked with a large dose of l-citrulline. While I am not a fan of beta-alanine, I never received a strong "tingle" from this pre, and that was a major positive for me as it maintains an effective dose. Also, while the creatine monohydrate is only 3g, I find that my results during bulking are still consistent. So far, I've tried the grape fury and jungle juice. Grape Fury is terrible, it is way too "grapey" and made me want to straight yak grape during my workout, but I was essentially all jacked up on Mountain Dew. However, jungle juice is a solid tasting flavor I would recommend.

You will definitely feel the difference between regular and this new blend of NoXplode. More energy and focus with it. Hopefully it remains this way as I continue to take it

wow! what an upgrade from the original. tried this for the first time today the flavor is awesome . the energy and focus is on point i actually had to stop adding exercises to my workout .
