A natural born artist and creator, Ali Lee first found her passion for health and fitness as a ballet dancer, singer and performer. Growing up on the sunny coast of Florida, Ali's days were full of happy, healthy, outdoor sports and play that transpired into a way of life. By 18, Ali was recruited by a female pop group and was relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to work with the best in the music industry in an all female pop group "Blaze Blah". During this time, Ali also signed as a bodybuilding.com athlete enabling her to learn the ins and outs of the fitness industry while simultaneously experiencing the wild ride of the music industry. The dissolution of Blaze Blah came a year later and Ali stepped out as a solo artist under her own record label, Kyra Fox Records. At that time Ali teamed up with top producer Keith Thomas and the "hit maker" writer, Claude Kelly, to release her first solo record "Keep It Right There" to radio. The dance pop jam did well, respectively and climbed the billboard charts in a matter of a few short weeks.
As the production and promos for her second single “Sun Soaked” came to a wrap, Ali joyfully discovered she was pregnant and quickly began developing her fitness program to stay healthy during and after pregnancy. Her first-born was a beautiful, healthy boy, Jack Powers, and 21 months later she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Adi Marie. Having two children in two years gave Ali a unique perspective on the "bounce back", which she turned into her forte in terms of training and aesthetic development. Since then Ali has been featured in "Stepping Out" mag, "Muscle and Fitness" mag, "Muscle and Fitness Hers", "Maxim", "Sports Illustrated", "Esquire" and was a writing contributor for "Muscle and Fitness Hers" on pregnancy and post-pregnancy fitness. As a writer, Ali took an early interest in words, language and expression, and has been published in various venues, including print, web, and radio, and she plans to release her first full length book, a romantic comedy, July 2019. For Ali Lee there are no boundaries, only plateaus, and BSN helps her go beyond them and achieve her goals in show-stopping fashion.
