Lizzie Martinez

Lizzie found her passion for fitness early on in life, and made it her goal to help women eat right and attain their dream bodies. When she’s not helping others achieve their goals, she’s crushing her own, winning 5 modeling and fitness competitions and earning her IFBB Pro card. Today Lizzie travels to compete in the pro circuit and is a sponsored athlete for a number of lifestyle brands, including BSN. Outside the gym, Lizzie enjoys writing fitness articles for her personal blog and local magazines. She also co-founded a local movement and fitness festival, LiveFit EP, that hosts an annual fitness expo in El Paso, Texas."Sometimes it can be intimidating to start weight lifting as a woman.
