Ingredients Needed

  1. 1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie
  2. 1/2 banana (mashed)
  3. 2 TBSP egg whites
  4. 1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  5. 1 TBSP ground flaxseed meal
  6. Pinch of baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix all indredients in a bowl by hand
  2. Spray a mug with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour the batter into the mug.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Invert the mug to drop the cake onto a plate.

To make the icing; mix the following in a bowl:

  1. 1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie
  2. 1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  3. a sparing amount of water (not too much, you want the icing to be thick)
