They say big things come in small packages, and Francine Slobodnik is a true testament of that. At only 4’11, she is larger than life. Francine is an IFBB Bikini Professional athlete and an abstract artist known as Francasso. According to Francine, bodybuilding is an art in and of itself. Living a healthy lifestyle has always been part of her life. She has been dancing professionally since she was only four years old: tap, jazz, ballet, and hip-hop. She even ran track during high school and college, and was on the Benedictine University Dance Team.
For her next challenge, Francine dove headfirst into the competition world. Her first show was far from small. She entered the 2012 IFBB Arnold Classic bikini Amateur at the age of 21 and ended up winning her class and receiving second place overall. Six short months later, she flew to Atlanta, Georgia where she competed at NPC Nationals where she again won her class and earned her IFBB Pro card. She then took some time off the following year to complete her bachelor’s degree in science with her focus on Nutrition / Dietetics & Microbiology.
Since 2015 Francine has cracked the top ten spot at numerous IFBB Bikini Pro Competitions and continues to push past her previous limits. Her overall mission is to implement her passion for expressionism, creativity, courage, knowledge and discipline in others and be a positive role model for women around the world – on and off stage.
